Mustang Football Star Celebrates His Journey From Nashville To LSU

Hey, y’all! JB here.

I’m so pumped up to share this incredible senior session with you because "Jimmy" is one of my favorite people on the planet.

CJ is a phenomenal young man, great student and one of the top safeties in the South. He has played all 4 years of football at Lipscomb Academy and won multiple State Titles under Coach Trent Dilfer.

He is committed to LSU and he decided he wanted his Senior Pictures wearing Tiger gear. We rolled down to Downtown Nashville- talking ball and life and ministry and laughing about all the ups and downs of his high school career.

City Lights, Bright Future: Downtown Nashville Shoot With LSU Gear

CJ deserved images to reflect who he is: a dedicated athlete, a proud Nashvillian, and a guy with big dreams. We started at Lipscomb Academy, where CJ has spent years grinding, sweating, and making memories. There’s something so powerful about photographing a senior at their school—it’s like the walls and fields hold their story.

Next, we headed downtown to soak up some of that iconic Nashville energy. The murals, the skyline, the neon lights—it’s the perfect backdrop for a senior who’s about to take on the world. CJ rocked a sharp casual look, and we even snuck in a few shots with his LSU gear. Y’all, when he held up that purple and gold jersey, I could feel the excitement for his next chapter.

One of my favorite moments was when we stopped by the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge. With the Nashville skyline behind him and the Cumberland River below, CJ looked like he was standing on top of the world—and honestly, he kind of is. This guy is proof that hard work pays off, and I’m so honored I got to capture this milestone in his journey.
